A Successful Exhibition for The Embroidery
Connection in ITMA Asia 2001
The
Embroidery Connection participated successfully in the biggest textile
machinery exhibition in Asia, The 1st Asian International Exhibition of
Textile Machinery, ITMA Asia 2001 Singapore.
The50-year-old European trade show had been brought
over from Europe to Asia, occupying 60,000 square meter of gross space
on the ground floor of Singapore Expo. It was held from 15th to 19th October
2001. More than 800 exhibitors from 32 countries including United States,
Canada, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Taiwan, China, South
Korea and Australia took part in the exhibition.
We used the SSCI registration system to capture our
visitors information by only scanning their badges. It was a very
convenient and useful system to manage our customer database and it was
easy for us to follow up on their specific interests of our products and
services.
During
the exhibition Mr. Gunter Heinzle, CEO of Heinzle embroidery AG Switzerland,
made many demonstrations of our flagship product, ProLace. Visitors
usually asked me how to simplify their punching process with ProLace in
order to make the perfect design & punch. said Mr. Heinzle,
who is also a professional puncher.
Visitors were not only interested on the demonstration but also enquired
complete solutions for their embroidery business, which included software,
hardware and mechanical systems. After demonstrations, Mr. Dieter Muller,
Director of AllCAD, discussed & recommended solutions to our visitors.
In the meanwhile, Mr. Andy Medik, President of InterService Medik Austria,
presented his mechanical solutions.
A special promotion price of only US$ 1 000,- for the Heinzle Embroidery
Library Books attracted many customers, who could sit down and select
their favorite designs. At the same time our existing customers flew all
away from Thailand to visit our booth. Special thanks to our loyal
customer Thonburi Lace Co., Ltd., who also visited us. We not only concentrate
on selling products & services, but we also focus on building customer
relations! quoted Mr. Dieter Müller.
The
Embroidery Connection is committed to provide complete solutions and services
of superior value to ensure the success of our customers! said by
Andy Medik.
Last but not least, we wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to all
our visitors for their participation, and we hope to see you in the next
splendid ITMA show at Birmingham, United Kingdom in 2003. said Patrina
Mak, Marketing Manager of AllCAD.
