New
Commands |
| A number of
new commands are now available. All these commands help to speed up
the design and punching process a lot. |
DROP – Design a shape like a drop |
| |
With the
command DROP you can design an object with the shape of a drop.
First you specify the size of the circle and then the position of
the point. |
DBLATT – Divided Blattstitch |
 |
The command
DBLATT enables you to construct a divided blattstitch. This
stitch type can be used e.g. to fill a leave or it can be used in
case that two blattstitch are coming together. |
CGEFLECT – Fill area with curves |
 |
This new command
is the highlight of the new ProLace version. Now with this function
you can fill an area not only with straight lines, but also with curves.
Just design two or more inclination curves and the system will fill
the area between the first and the last inclination curve automatically
with stitches. |
GBORER, CBORER, RBORER, EBORER, DBORER
|
 |
Another
important wish of our customers was to get automatic stitches to embroider
round holes. Now functions for circular-, rectangular-, elliptical-,
drop- and general holes are available. |
UNDER – Underlayers
|
 |
Standard underlayers as well as underlayers for chemical lace came
to this version too.
Just select a blattstitch, specify the
underlayer distance from the boundary of the blattstitch and choose
one of 4 underlayer types. |
Commands
with new features |
| Not only
new commands were added to this new release, also many existing
commands were improved a lot. |
Blattstitch and Geflect commands
|
 |
New features are available for this stitch types and the option menu
is standardized for both of them, so the full range of features
are now available for these stitch types.
Now it is possible to define a transition, to specify
various stitch patterns and to apply a random ray length to an object.
Also overstitch is now available for both, blattstitch and gefelct.
|
Effects with
variable stitch density
|
 |
With the new Transition option you can produce 3D effects.
Even a blattstitch or geflect with random stitch density
(irregular) can be generated. |
More powerful
patterns
|
 |
With the option Define pattern… you can define a stitch pattern
for the geflect as well as for the blattstitch.
If you define the pattern with Intersection Lines
you have the new option Shift. |
Random ray length
|
 |
Random ray length can be defined for blattstitch
and geflect.
Now also both sides can be random. |
ARCFILL – Fill
areas with curves
|
 |
The ARCFILL command now works same as the new CGEFLECT
command. You design two or more inclination curves and the system
fills the area between the first and the last inclination curve
with polyarcs.
If the density is not ok you don’t have to erase and
redefine the effect. You just modify it with the normal MODIFY
command. |
STEP,
AUXLIN Divide
|
 |
For both commands you have the new option Corner.
If Corner is Off the system ignores
corners and every stitch or segment has the same length independent
of the radius.
If the Corner option is On the system
takes care for corners and changes the stitch length in sharp curves.
With a system variable you can have influence on how
the system calculates the stitch length in sharp curves.
|
Changeable
stitch length for manually punched sequences
|
 |
When you punch manually, long stitches are automatically divided in
shorter segments with a definable length.
With the MODIFY command you can now change the length
of these segments.
As you must use this new feature carefully,
the ability to modify the stitch length can be enabled and disabled
with a system parameter. |
SETDEF
– Save and Read embroidery parameters
|
| This command
enables you to write all parameters of all effects and stitch types
into a file or to read the parameters from a previously written file.
In this way you can define settings for different kind of fabrics
and yarns and recall these settings whenever you need them again. |
What
else? |
This is not
yet all! There are still many other features coming along with this
release. Below you get a brief description of them.
·
The automatic stitches DOT, STAR, CIRBLATT and
the new borer commands CBORER, RBORER, EBORER and DBORER got the
option Select. This option enables you to select existing entities
like circles and fill them with the corresponding effect.
·
In the MIRROR command an existing line or
polyline can be select as mirror axis. Also the grid can be used
as mirror axis.
·
In the COPYALOV command you can flip now
the design horizontally and vertically.
·
The command DRAWREP allows you to copy to
the repeat with and without stitches.
·
With the AUXLIN > Divide command you
can define in how many segments the polyline must be divided, or
you specify the segment length as you did before and the system
calculates the number of segments.
·
If you use the EXPLODE command in the design
mode you can open a window to select objects.
·
You can explode manually punched stitches to simple
polylines.
·
The point, where you specify the radius of a DOT
points now in the stitch direction.
·
The single sided ZUCHOLE is now also based
on the center line of the effect. This improves the stitch distribution
in curves a lot.
·
The command MODIFY contains the new option
Rotate to rotate dots, star-dots and circular Blattstitches.
·
With a new system parameter you can define the
relation between short and long stitch in Geflect turn stitches.
·
If you write stitch data and use the Function
automatic mode you can define if you want to insert an empty
stitch after Needle On. |
